1Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "hibazz", "we", and "our" refer to the hibazz online gaming platform, whose website address is hibazz.lat. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any person who creates an account on this platform or visits the site.

hibazz is an online gaming platform designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, offering live casino, sports betting, slots, and fishing games. These terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between the user and hibazz.

hibazz follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure a safe environment. hibazz may at any time ask a user to submit a government-issued ID (national identity card or passport), mobile number verification, or other documents. hibazz reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3Age Limit and Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the hibazz platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

The following individuals are also not eligible to use hibazz:

• Residents of regions where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Those registered on a self-exclusion list in violation of responsible gaming policies.
• hibazz employees and members of their immediate families.

4Account Security

Maintaining account security is the user's own responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Do not share or disclose your password to anyone.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

Funds can be deposited on hibazz using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

• Withdrawal requests will only be sent via the same method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled if the wagering requirements of any bonus have not been met.
• hibazz reserves the right to conduct additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions.

6Bonuses and Promotions

hibazz offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting the bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times.

Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳20,000.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to accounts where registration has been completed legitimately.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will be considered void.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirements of a bonus have been met may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• hibazz reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer.
• Misuse of promotional codes or offers is strictly prohibited.

7Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing games on the hibazz platform:

• Each game has its own rules and procedures. Please read the relevant game rules before you start playing.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the result of that round may be cancelled.
• hibazz's decision on the outcome of any game is final.
• hibazz is not obligated to pay out any amount that is displayed incorrectly due to a software error or display bug.
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.

Betting Limits

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hibazz platform:

1. Using the platform for money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
2. Using another person's account or placing bets on their behalf.
3. Claiming bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
4. Attempting to hack the system or bypass security measures.
5. Using automated software or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
6. Colluding or conspiring against the platform or other users.
7. Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.

Any user found to be engaged in any of the above activities will have their account immediately closed and all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited. If necessary, the matter will be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

9Intellectual Property

The hibazz website and its content — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other material — are protected as intellectual property of hibazz or its licensors.

• This content may not be copied, redistributed, modified, or used commercially without the written permission of hibazz.
• Browsing the website for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Scraping, crawling, or collecting any part of the website using automated means is prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

hibazz will not be held liable for the following:

• Gaming interruptions caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Loss or damage caused by third-party software or services.
• Account information being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

hibazz strives to maintain the highest standard of service, but no guarantee is given that the platform will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. Occasional temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or upgrades.

11Privacy

hibazz uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep user information safe. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

12Amendments and Account Termination

Amendments to Terms

hibazz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Account Closure

Users may contact the support team at any time to voluntarily close their account. You are advised to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

hibazz reserves the right to close an account without notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Involvement in fraudulent activities.
• Registering with false information.
• Violation of the age limit.

13Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute between hibazz and a user will first be addressed through negotiation.

If resolution through negotiation is not possible, both parties will attempt to settle the matter through mediation. During the dispute resolution process, both parties will maintain respectful conduct toward each other.

Any claim against hibazz must be submitted in writing within 3 (three) months of the date of the relevant incident.
